1. Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of MoneyMate: Expense Tracker (the “App”) and this website, provided by Dis Cam Fun Foto Sticker (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The service

MoneyMate is a personal-finance tracking tool for recording transactions, budgets, goals, debts and reminders, with optional cloud sync. We may add, change or remove features, and may release updates that are required to keep using the App.

3. Not financial advice

The App, including the Financial Health score, insights, projections and tips, is for information and organisation only. It is not financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice. Calculations are simplified, depend on what you enter, and may not reflect your full situation. You are responsible for your own financial decisions; consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

4. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or older where local law requires) and able to form a binding agreement. An account is optional. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account, and for providing accurate information.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, copy, reverse engineer, decompile or disrupt the App or its servers, except where the law allows
• Do not attempt to access other users’ accounts or data
• Do not use automated means to overload or scrape the service
• Do not use the App for unlawful purposes

6. Your data

You own the data you enter. You give us a limited licence to store, process and back up it solely to operate the App for you. Guest-mode data exists only on your device and is lost if you uninstall or clear storage, so sign in or export regularly if you want a backup. You are responsible for the accuracy of your entries.

7. Ads & third-party services

The App is free and supported by advertising provided by third parties (for example Google AdMob). Third-party services, ads and websites are governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for them.

8. Notifications

Reminders depend on your device settings, battery optimisation and connectivity. We do not guarantee delivery. Do not rely solely on them for critical or time-sensitive payments.

9. Intellectual property & feedback

The App, its design, name, logo and content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without obligation to you.

10. App store terms

You may download the App through Google Play. These Terms are between you and us, not Google. Google has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App. Google Play’s terms also apply to your download.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data will never be lost.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or savings, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim (which is zero for the free App). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, and some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or if needed to protect the service or comply with law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, give notice such as in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

15. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the developer, Dis Cam Fun Foto Sticker, is established, as shown in the developer contact details on the MoneyMate listing on Google Play, and the courts of that country have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live or your rights under Google Play’s terms. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally.

16. General

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the App. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
